Sundial & Bells The sundial on the south face of the tower of the Parish Church dates from 1762. The bells represent the Millennium and also the marriage of Eve and Cyril Pigott who met through the steering group of the Tapestry. The Parish Church has ten bells in the present peal, eight of which were recast in 1901 and two new bells cast in 1990. The earliest bell is inscribed 'God save the Kinge 1609 recast 1901'.
