This late Georgian brick house of three storeys and three bays with a much later addition is now the office of an estate and land agent. The Paddocks (No.41) is not shown, but is similar in style and is a key building standing at right angles to the other buildings in the High Street, preventing further development and giving the street the look of a square, this is also an estate agent's.
